Exchange & Return Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY:
At Loom, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our customer care team is always available to assist you throughout the exchange process—help is just a click away.
Domestic Orders
Exchange Period:
All items purchased online can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided the customer has valid proof of purchase. Customers requesting an online exchange with a valid reason will not be charged for courier pickup.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt or order confirmation email is required.
Eligibility for Exchange:
Items are eligible for exchange only if:
- They are unused
- All tags are intact
- Original packaging is undamaged
- The original invoice is provided
A valid reason must be stated, such as:
- Defective item
- Incorrect size
- Wrong item delivered
For home articles, items must be returned in Loom’s original packaging. Similarly, items delivered in boxes (e.g., Unstitched Women’s Collection, Menswear, or semi-formal pieces in garment bags) must be returned with their original packaging.
Online Exchange Process:
The exchange process typically takes 7–10 days after verification.
- If the item is unsuitable (e.g., wrong size), customers may be asked to drop it off at a designated location.
- If the item is defective or incorrect, it will be picked up from the customer’s doorstep.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange.
- Note: In exceptional cases, sale items may be exchanged for valid reasons, but processing time may be longer.

International Orders
Loom currently does not offer exchanges or returns for international orders. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
Important Note
Please take clear pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order and keep them with you until you confirm that your order is complete and correct. This will help us resolve any issues quickly in case of damaged or incorrect items.
RETURN POLICY
Loom does not offer returns. However, customers may request an exchange as per the Exchange Policy outlined above.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can be canceled at any time before they are processed.
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your COD amount and tracking ID. After delivery, the Exchange Policy will apply.
Loom reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as:
- Item out of stock
- Pricing errors
- Payment declined by the issuing bank
